About Me

Hello and welcome! I'm thrilled you are here to find out about me, and my journey to become a wedding celebrant (hopefully yours!)

I love a good love story. I mean, I really LOVE love, and am always that person at a dinner party asking couples how they met, how they knew they had found the one. It got me thinking - wouldn't the most amazing job in the world be to be the one who gets to share those stories? So my journey into the world of becoming a celebrant began.

I take my role as your storyteller seriously. If you book my services, we will work together to create a memorable ceremony that perfectly captures you and your love story. I will only ever book one ceremony on a day, so for that day you will have my full focus - and as I love a wedding rest assured I'll happily muck in with any other prep that is going on before the ceremony!

Once we have had a chat to decide if we are a good fit, I'll send you a booking confirmation email followed by a questionnaire that you can spend some time to think about before our next meeting. I'll set up a WhatsApp group so anytime you have any thoughts/ideas you can pop them in a message, and then when we have 2-3 months to go before the wedding we will get together and talk through the day, along with the questionnaire. I'll then get creative and start crafting all of that into a gorgeous ceremony script, which you will review prior to the big day. The joy of a celebrant wedding is that there really is no set format and there are no words that we have to include - so it really is about making it personal and perfect.

When I'm not busy creating your fabulous scripts or daydreaming about your love stories, I'm a mum of three (so basically a professional chaos coordinator!) I am devoted to my two dogs Maggie and Mabel, and I do my best thinking when I'm pounding the pavements on the streets of my home city, Chelmsford. Oh - and as I mostly run on coffee, meeting for a cup is the perfect way for us to start our journey together. Contact me for more details at the button below.
